Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
All content in the App — including but not limited to artwork, music, code, characters, level designs, and the Rolling King name — is owned by or licensed to [COMPANY_NAME] and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The App offers optional in-app purchases ("IAP") processed through Apple App Store or Google Play ("Platform"). All IAP transactions are subject to the Platform's own Terms of Service. Once an IAP is completed, all purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or by the Platform's refund policy. Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes.
Virtual items, coins, and other in-game currency obtained through purchases have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App.
To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. We do not process IAP refunds ourselves.
The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob or other third-party networks. You may opt out of personalised advertising through your device's advertising settings. Opting out does not remove ads from the App.
Watching rewarded video ads is always voluntary. No purchase is required to play the App.
We may update the App at any time and for any reason, including to add or remove features, fix bugs, or comply with applicable law. Continued use following an update constitutes acceptance. We are not obligated to provide updates or to maintain any particular feature.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, the licence granted in Section 2 immediately expires.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, [COMPANY_NAME] AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $10.
